Our services are wide-ranging and cover everything from teaching new skills for independent living and supporting with domiciliary care to helping individuals make new friends and find work which is fulfilling. We are passionate about providing a caring service that helps individuals to lead the life they want. Supported living, domiciliary care and community-based services offer an alternative to a lifetime of residential care, allowing individuals to reach their full potential and enjoy being part of a community, sometimes for the first time.

We believe that everyone deserves to be treated as an individual and that’s why we have adopted a Person Centred Planning Model, creating a personalised bespoke support package for everyone.

Many of our service users with a learning disability or enduring mental health condition have experienced life in an institution, in some cases for very long periods. Our aim is to provide the right level of support to prevent re-entry into locked facilities or readmission to hospital.
