Kaot Home Care was established in 2022. We provide home-based care/support and recovery services, to adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Our service users will be supported by trained and experienced staff that would provide excellent homecare assistants. We are committed to helping clients live as independently as possible within their own home environment.20
Our service users will be supported by trained support workers and live-in staff where necessary and other local support networks, throughout the care pathway
The mission of Kaot Home Care is to provide domiciliary care service to its clients. We provide community-based care services for people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. We provide the right care at the right time.
Our Services are funded by the CCG, NHS England, Continue Health Care, Social Services and Private individual and by the financial facility from Bank. The service emerged from the desire to provide quality person-centred care to potential patients discharged from the hospital into their homes or community. Our passion stems from the belief that most patients can get emotional, psychological, mental, and physical care in their homes to enable them on the road to quicker recovery. Therefore, provide the right care at the right time.
